RED APPLE Worldwide Limited Warranty
At RED APPLE, we stand behind the quality of our luggage. Your purchase is backed by our 10-Year Worldwide Limited Warranty, effective from the original purchase date and applicable to the original owner.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty guarantees your RED APPLE luggage to be free from defects in workmanship. If a defect appears, simply provide your dated proof of purchase and the original warranty tag, and we will repair the luggage within 30 days of receipt.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consequential damages.
- Repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
- Damage caused by public carriers (e.g., airlines).
Airline Damage
If your luggage is damaged by a public carrier, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Most airlines require baggage claims to be made within 48 hours of arrival, so it’s important to inspect your luggage upon arrival and file any claims while still at the airport.
Returns and Repairs
- All returns require prior authorization from our customer care department.
- Luggage sent to us must be prepaid and labeled clearly with the provided claim number.
